Come learn how you can transition from the first half of life to the second half with renewed purpose and passion. Adults 45-65 at pivotal trigger points of transition will benefit from a process of self-discovery in support of becoming a wise elder.
A midlife renewal reflection workbook that each student will receive is the cornerstone of this workshop. The workbook invites students to capture their thoughts in a sequential order reflecting the cadence of the workshop. At the end, learners keep their workbook, and can turn to their personalized content and marvel at their newfound knowledge and wisdom for years to come.
By offering a structured course of action with educational rigor, I will illuminate the way forward. The beauty of this workshop is that learners will connect with their classmates and learn from each other. Together we will deconstruct midlife renewal as a rite of passage to guide learners in a energetic classroom setting, towards a healthy and vital second half of life.

The goal of group exercise is to provide a context where like-minded students can learn from each other. This interactive time will result in a strong group dynamic keeping learners engaged and productive.
Time for sharing is an opt-in basis. Learners may choose to share their class experience, or the challenges they've overcome, or simply listen as others share their learning.
The facilitator will invite learners to provide feedback in the form of a handout to improve each class. The end goal is to iterate a custom-crafted midlife renewal series that resonates with learners.
